Rules and Requirements for Event Invitations


  • Organizations are asked to submit their cause/charity/organization’s event by filling out this registration form
  • In order to better serve as many organizations as possible, we ask each organization to submit only one event per year
  • Applicants will submit contact person’s name, organization’s name, website, address, email address, and logo/image/flyer of event (with a 1MB limit)
  • In the description of the event, please indicate how we can contribute to the event (attendance, participation, donation, financial sponsor, judge, etc.)
  • Applicants need to submit only once to be listed in our directory
  • *PLEASE* Indicate if this is a closed event, we would like to promote on our page about your event.

Selection Process

  • Organizations will be selected based on availability and at the discretion of the One Hour Team
  • Those event organizers will be contacted to coordinate participation
  • Their logo/image/flyer and a brief description of the event will be featured on the One Hour Cares homepage, with information regarding the event (indicate in description if it is a CLOSED EVENT)
  • The selected events will be chosen by our team members, based on availability of personnel


  • Social media and website promotion of the event, and same day photos of team members with event coordinators and event guests.
  • All organization events will be tagged in our directory
